Only 8 days left to get your Santa Service bags to us. These are bags of certain items distributed to the senior shut-ins by the Friendship Center in conjuction with their "Meals on Wheels" program. Santa Service is a tremendously worthy endeavor and so-o-o-o appreciated. All we are asking for is one more gift for someone in real need. .....not much in the real scheme of things. Wow!..... What a ride! Doom and Gloom today..... Heaven tomorrow..... back in the valley the next day..... then back up to the top of the hill the day after that. Then we start all over again. Will we get through this economic downturn? .....You Bet! It's life's little challenges that define the human spirit. Especially in this, the month of Thanksgiving, it's a good time to reflect and count our blessings not our troubles. We here at Southwestern are thankful for your business and your trust in us. We will all get through it, then we will look back and say "That wasn't so tough!"
